Carol Hayford

Office Manager

Carol joined the Michels Warren team as our receptionist in 2014, recently making the transition to Office Manager.

She now plays a central role in every part of our business, from handling incoming enquiries to managing our IT and cybersecurity systems and more. 

With the lowest of heart rates and an unflappable nature, she keeps our office running efficiently and smoothly.  She has less luck at home, where her two golden retrievers Jaxon and Blaze remain firmly in charge.
